• Owners will notify the Board when selling a unit.


• Unit owner By-Laws will be passed on to new buyer(s).


• A rental registration form is submitted to the Board for any rentals of the unit. The form is located on the documents page.


• Written notification is submitted to the Board for repairs to any unit.


• Owners share the responsibility of keeping the grounds neat.


• Owners (only) may bring their pet(s) to Notch View.


• Pets are walked away from the grounds and owners pick up after them.


• Use liquid bird feeders only. Others attract bears.


• Motorcycles, mopeds, fuel containers or other combustibles cannot be stored on decks.


• Use of gas or charcoal grills on any decks is prohibited by NH State Fire Code


• Only two cars per unit may be parked on Notch View grounds.


• Parking is not permitted in fire lanes.


• Owners (only) may park snowmobiles at Notch View after completing an application and receiving Board approval. See rules and application


• Firewood use is limited to a unit owner's purchase.


• Annual chimney inspection/sweeping is required for stoves in use.


• Owners are responsible for certain maintenance tasks. See instructions.
