Notch View Condominium Owners Rules And Reminders

All Renter Rules, with the exception of rules regarding pets and snowmobiles, apply to owners.
- Owners are responsible for maintaining the wooden exterior of their sliding glass doors: sanding, staining and polyurethaning.
Many units are in dire need of this work. The charge to replace these doors is the owner's responsibility.
If a door needs replacing, please notify a board member, since the doors must be replaced with a specific door type.

Pet Owners: Pets are to be kept on a leash AT ALL TIMES when outside your unit, including on the decks.
Keep pets away from shrubs and flowers, and remember to "scoop their poop" and dispose of it. Pets are not permitted in the pool. If your pet makes excessive noise in your absence, in fairness to others, please do not leave your pet alone in your unit.

In the winter, please be sure your thermostat is set no lower than 50 degrees to prevent bursting of water pipes,
the screen on your sliding door is open to prevent it from freezing, and your deck is shoveled
to prevent it from collapsing.

Chimneys must be inspected and cleaned annually. The Management Company will arrange for inspection and cleaning
and notify you of the date. Please provide a key to the Management Company if you will not be available for the scheduled cleaning/inspection.
If unit access is not permitted and the chimney sweep must return, the unit owner will be fined.
- Owners with New Hampshire registered snowmobiles who wish to bring them onto the property, must have the approval of the Board of Directors in advance. Click here for application and information
- All fines to owners are $50 per day per violation.

A rental registration form is submitted to the Board for any rentals of the unit. The form is located on the documents page.
