Building Maintenance Specifications


  • Clapboard Siding
    Clapboards in need of replacement are replaced as needed. Please notify the Board of Directors and/or Management Company if any clapboards are in disrepair. Claps are stained with "Cabot PRO VT Red Cedar" solid stain.


  • Front Decks
    Front deck floors were stained with "Cabot PRO VT Oak Brown" solid stain.


  • Exterior Lighting
    Replace exterior bulbs with Lightwiz brand Spirals J1100.842 - 20W.


  • Globes
    Globes may be replaced with plain white translucent glass or plastic domes available at hardware and lighting stores. Size and style must match those currently in use.


  • Front Doors
    Door: 9-panel Jeld Wen available in fiberglass or steel (available for order at Home Depot)
  • Paint: Apply Glidden Exterior Acrylic Latex #3908, Color: Bark

  • Front Storm Doors
    1. Larson, Model #283-ST, Color: Earthtone Brown
    2. Larson, Model #830-46, Color: Earthtone Brown


  • Rear Sliding Glass Doors
    1. Andersen Permashield Gliding Door, Model #510, Color: White
    2. Alside Sliding Patio Door, 1100 Series, Color: White
      New Hampshire Distributor


  • Interior Walls
    Cabot brand "Perrier" #506 is the original color used for interior walls.


  • Rear Deck Cleaning/Finishing
    Rear deck treatment is provided by the Association and covered by dues. Notch View's contractor will apply Cabot brand "Australian Timber Oil" Color: Natural. Decks are refinished in a three year rotation
