Notch View condominiums are located on Route 3 in North Lincoln, New Hampshire, next to the Beacon
Resort. Our
small community is made up of three buildings with eight garden-style units per building. Each unit is
1100 square
feet, having a deck that overlooks the swimming pool and neatly maintained landscape.
Adding to Notch View's tranquil surroundings is a brook which runs year-round
through the backyard. Wildlife sightings on the grounds are frequent, and Notch View is close to everything the
White Mountains region has to offer.
Notch View has a vacation feel without the resort crowds.
